The University of Utah’s West Village Housing project is focused on providing more affordable and convenient housing to university students and their families. The project’s initial phase included the addition of three new buildings containing 504 apartments, outdoor courtyards, and community gathering spaces. The new facilities, which opened in July of 2023, offer modern and comfortable amenities while keeping rent low to accommodate the students. Awarded: 2023 Most Outstanding Design-Build Project (Utah Construction & Design).
