The Impact and Prosperity Epicenter will bring a new multidisciplinary hub to the campus for social impact, community engagement, and enterprise, empowering social entrepreneurs and organizations. The 284,808 SF Epicenter will provide housing for an international population of undergraduate and graduate students and include up to 775 beds in single-room and apartment configurations. It will also be open for non-governmental organization leaders who will come to the facility for training. We are honored to participate in this exciting social impact project, which will open for students in the Fall of 2024—[Rendering courtesy of MHTN Architects.]
