Paperbox Lofts is a six-story, 195-unit multi-family complex. The complex includes studio, one, and two-bedroom apartment homes, a mixture of live/work units at ground level, and retail and community spaces. This project features Salt Lake City’s first freestanding automated vehicle parking system, which can allow the parking of 102 vehicles in 18 stalls. Awarded: 2023 Best Live Multi-Unit Project (IIDA Intermountain BEST Awards).
