The new Owyhee High School recently opened for the 2021 – 2022 school year. With a planned capacity of 1,800 students and a maximum of 2,000, the school is West Ada District's smallest high school. The school helps relieve overcrowding at the neighboring high schools due to the rapid population growth in Meridian, ID.
