The historic Odd Fellows Building was constructed in 1891. In the 21st century, this 3.5-story structure was transported from the west side of Market Street in Salt Lake City to the east side of the street. BHB conducted a seismic study and retrofit to ensure the building was up to the life-safety code. Today, the building serves as a hub for office space, where architectural and engineering enhancements seamlessly blend with the original characteristics of this venerable landmark.
