This project is a 14-story dual-brand hotel in downtown Boise, featuring 271 guest rooms—149 for the Marriott AC and 122 for the Element. We are proud to contribute to its development, which includes inviting lobbies, lounge areas, and cozy outdoor seating spaces for each hotel. The property will also offer two roof decks, a fitness center, pool, spa, banquet room, boardroom, bar, breakfast area, and a parking garage.
