Bullfrog Spas is a 250,000 SF concrete tilt-up building with office space, a retail showroom, warehouse, manufacturing, and research and development. The cross-dock building also includes loading docks and high-speed overhead doors. Maximized efficiency, flexibility, and natural daylight were the focus of the design. The manufacturing space has a 36’ clear height and large columns spacings allowing for the most efficient manufacturing layout space. The North end of the building includes a two-level 60,000 SF Class-A office space, a large cafeteria, exercise space, and an outdoor patio. In addition, a large public retail showroom allows customers to view the latest products. The exterior design includes a pixelated gradient pattern that helps Bullfrog Spas stand out among other industrial buildings.
