The Zephyr is an eight-story, mixed-use residential building in Salt Lake City’s historic warehouse district. It is named after the iconic Zephyr train that once connected Chicago to San Francisco. The building offers 137 units, ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments, with ground-level features designed to activate the street and foster community engagement. Amenities include a fitness area, a neighborhood bar with outdoor seating, a yoga studio, and ski storage. Outdoor spaces feature a courtyard with fire pits, lounge areas, and a year-round spa with swim and jet features. The standout design element is the upper-level bridges: a Level 5 lounge bridge and a Level 8 clubhouse bridge showcasing vibrant gathering spaces and greenery, making The Zephyr a truly unique urban residence.
