Melaleuca Corporate Headquarters is a striking 350,000 SF building located on a 195-acre campus. With the company manufacturing over 350 health, household, and wellness products, the new headquarters includes four levels of office space, a fitness center, a restaurant, broadcast and production studios, research and development laboratories, as well as a 1,700-seat events center. The headquarters replaces eight different facilities and provides a welcoming atmosphere that brings the company together. As Melaleuca's policy has always been to do business without accruing any debt, the building, as was all the state-of-the-art equipment inside, was paid for entirely with cash.
