This 13,600 SF State Liquor Store is a great example of the DABC’s continued effort to build unique stores that provide a positive customer experience. The DABC Herriman Liquor Store utilizes Cross Laminated Timber, brick, and glass to provide a fresh look throughout the building. Eco-friendly technology was also utilized to help lower operating costs, energy, and water usage. The building includes retail space, storage, an office, restrooms, a break room, lockers, and a shipping/loading dock. Awarded: 2019 Most Outstanding Commercial/Retail Project Award (Utah Construction & Design).
