Due to the growth of Bluffdale City, the city hall operations outgrew their space in the old public works building. Therefore, the new facility was designed and sized to meet the city's current and future needs while also reflecting a strong community image. The building includes multi-purpose and community meeting space, city administration, community development, finance, city attorney, justice court, justice clerks, and a detainee holding area.
